Ufa Airport invites to free guided tours in honour of Air Fleet Day

UFA, 21 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The Ufa Airport in honour of the Air Fleet Day is organizing a doors open week. Throughout the holiday week from August 15 to 21 the airport will run exhibitions and passengers and guest will receive pleasant surprises. On August 15, 17 and 20 extended free guided tours for children and adolescents are planned, during which the young guests and their accompanying parents will be able to see the work of the Ufa International Airport.

The festive tour includes a visit to the new international terminal, in particular, its luggage handling department, where tourists will be able to see how a dog handler with a service dog work. Children will see the air traffic control system in operation in the control tower. In the immediate vicinity of the runway the airport guests will be shown the aircraft maintenance production processes.

Registration for tours is carried out before August 4, by phone (347) 229-52-44. Application form for a tour, as well as the list of required documents can be found on the website of the air hub in the "Museum" section. The completed application should be sent by e-mail: media@airportufa.ru.
