Every third Ufa residents dreams about flexible working hours - poll

UFA, 21 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Morning hours are the most suitable for work. These are the results of a survey conducted in Ufa by the HeadHunter recruitment resource. The study involved more than 700 people.

37 percent of respondents named morning hours from 9 to 12 as the most productive time for working. The time from 12.00 to 15.00 is on the second place on popularity when employees finally wake up and actively settle down to work (21 percent).

"Interestingly, that the time after 18 o’clock, the time from 15 to 18 o’clock, when you want to sleep after lunch, and from 9 to 12 o’clock was named as the hardest among employees of companies. This time as unproductive was named by about the same number of respondents. Apparently, that's why more than half of the respondents, or 65 percent, would be glad to change their working hours", stated the head of the press service of the HeadHunter in Ural Federal District and Siberian Federal District Elana Tarashchuk.

Almost one third of Ufa respondents would prefer to have flexible working hours - 28 percent. At the same time Ufa companies not so often offer such a possibility. From the beginning of the year, only six percent of vacancies with flexible schedule were offered in the region.
