Year of Ecology logo to be chosen in Bashkiria

UFA, 19 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Bashkortostan together with the Directorate of Protected Areas RB announce a national contest for the best design of a logo and slogan for the Year of Ecology and Protected Areas. Recall, that the year of 2017 is declared the Year of Ecology in the region.

"Everyone is invited to participate in the competition. The logo and slogan should show the main goals and objectives of the Year of Ecology and Protected Areas - to ensure the right of everyone to a healthy environment and involvement of every citizen in preservation of natural resources of the republic", said the head of the organizational-analytical department of the Ministry of Ecology RB Rinat Fatkullin.

Requirements for works are published on the website of the ministry. The competitive projects are accepted by e-mail: nikandrova.n@bashkortostan.ru before October 1, 2016 or at the following address: Ufa, Lenin Street, 86, office. 213. For more information please, call: (347) 218-04-29.

Summing up the results of the competition will take place on November 1. Winners will be awarded with valuable prizes and an annual subscription to National Environmental Journal "Tabigat".
