Polina Egorova from Salavat perfectly competed at the European Championships 2016 in swimming

UFA, 12 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. In Hungary, the European Junior Swimming Championships ended. In the final part of the program the Russian swimmer Polina Egorova from Bashkir city of Salavat won another medal. She got "bronze" in 50 m butterfly.

Polina has won a full set of medals in this championship (a bronze medal in 200 m backstroke, a gold medal in 50 m backstroke and medley relay 4 x 100 m and in 100 m butterfly (59.00), a silver medal in the mixed medley relay 4 x 100 m and silver in 50 m butterfly).

The Russian national team became the first in the overall standings (11 gold, five silver and six bronze medals), ahead of the Italians and the British.
