Pregnant women set a record-selfie in Ufa

UFA, 8 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. In Ufa, hundreds of pregnant women made a joint collective photo. Selfies-record in number of pregnant women in a single shot was set during the «New Generation-2016» Republican Festival. 400 expectant mothers and specialists in obstetrics joined the festival. The organizer of the training and educational activities was "New Generation" regional public organization.

The festival provided an opportunity for prospective parents to learn a lot of new and useful information, to meet with doctors and specialists. The expectant mothers could attend free trainings and seminars in preparation for childbirth, which were conducted by obstetricians, gynecologists, neonatologists, psychologists. Open air yoga and gymnastics classes were conducted. The organizers have arranged for expectant mothers a defile, face painting, makeup, photo shootings. The pregnant women sang and danced at the creativity concert.

The festival was ended with a draw of super prizes: certificates for delivery in the "Mother and Child" clinic, certificates for visiting family clubs and birthing classes studios.

All funds raised at the Republican Festival of Pregnant Women "New Generation 2016", were transferred to the «Nashi Deti» Charity Foundation to support the "Children at Hospitals" program.
