Large-scale celebration of Eid al-Fitr will take place in Congress Hall square in Ufa

UFA, 4 July 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. On July 5 in honour of the end of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr celebration in Ufa, a large-scale event will be held in the square near the Congress Hall in the "Vatan" ethno-village. The republican festival is organized by the Central Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia with the support of sponsors and partners.

The program of the festival includes a concert with participation of stars of the Bashkir and Tatar Variety: Robert Yuldashev, the participant of the "Voice. Children" Saida Mukhametzyanova, "Argymak" ethno-rock band of Radik Dinahmetov, "Guzal-Dance" dance group and other artists.

A food court will operate for residents and guests of the capital where they can buy pilaf and oriental sweets. A fair, a children playground and a raffle of prizes from the partners of the event will be organized. All proceeds will be directed to the treatment and rehabilitation of seriously ill children to the «Poter Net» Charity Foundation. The Supreme Mufti, Chairman of the Central Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia Talgat Tajuddin will congratulate the citizens of the republic on the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.
