Interaction between Russian Foundation for Basic Research and regions will be discussed in Ufa

UFA, 22 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Ufa once again becomes a meeting venue for representatives of the authorities and the scientific community of the country. On Thursday, June 23, at the conference hall of the Academy of Sciences of Bashkortostan deputy governors, heads of governments of the Russian Federation regions, the regional ministers, full members (academicians) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, corresponding members of RAS, chairmen and vice-chairmen of science centres, rectors and vice-rectors of universities will gather. They will participate in the All-Russian Research and Practice Conference "Improvement of the Interaction System between the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the Entities of the Russian Federation on Issues of Regional and Youth Competitions Holding".

According to the head of the Academy of Sciences RB Alfis Gayazov, high scientific and technical potential of the republic, long-term fruitful cooperation of the Government of the Republic RB and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, close scientific contacts of Bashkir scientists with Russian regions identified Ufa as a venue for this major representative forum.

The conference will begin at 10 am, at 12.15 – a plenary session will start. The work in sections will begin at 15.00.

The organizers are the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency of Scientific Organizations, the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Ufa Scientific Centre, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Sciences RB, Ufa State Petroleum Technological University.
