World Day of Yoga will be celebrated in Ufa

UFA, 14 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. On June 19, Ufa will celebrate the World Day of Yoga. The Bashkir capital for the second time, continuing a tradition, joins all other countries and cities. The meeting of like-minded people will be held in the studio at Lesotehnikum Street, 26/2.

The program includes: Hatha yoga, practice of deep relaxation, breathing techniques, talks about yoga, mehendi painting and much more. The entrance to the event, which will take place from 10 am to 21 pm, is free. The detailed information is on "VKontakte" page .

Recall that last year the June 21st, the summer solstice day, according to the address of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was declared by the UN General Assembly the International Yoga Day. This proposal was supported by more than 170 countries, including Russia. Millions of people around the world took part in the various events held that day.
