July 5 is announced a non-working holiday in Bashkortostan

UFA, 10 June 2016. /Bashinform News Agency,Galina Bakhshieva/. July 5 is declared a non-working holiday in Bashkortostan in connection with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr. On this occasion, the Government of the Republic signed a corresponding decree.

As the press-secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB Roza Kuzmenko informs, this year's celebration of Eid al-Fitr in honour of the end of the holy month of Ramadan falls on Tuesday. Accordingly, the duration of work on Monday, July 4 is reduced by one hour.

On the basis of Article 120 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation in providing basic annual or annual additional paid leave the non-working holiday of Eid al-Fitr - July 5 - is not included in number of calendar days of leave.
