Yelistratov and Fazletdinova are already amnestied in the meldonium scandal

The President of the Russian Speed Skating Union Alexei Kravtsov said that the International Skating Union (ISU) had decided to remove suspension from Paul Kulizhnikov, Semen Yelistratov and Ekaterina Konstantinova. The leader of the short-track team of Russia, representative of the Bashkir sports Semen Yelistratov confirmed this information personally.
"I'm extremely happy that everything was resolved. I'm going back to the sport. I was not deprived of any titles; all won during this sports season remained with me. I would like to thank everyone who supported me during this difficult period", said the athlete.
The Russian Anti-Doping Agency RUSADA decided not to disqualify seven athletes accused of applying meldonium. Among them there is the Bashkir athlete Gulshat Fazletdinova.
Also a request to the justification of the third Bashkir athlete involved in the meldonium scandal - biathlete Edward Latypov was submitted.
