UFA, 17 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. The Ufa planetarium will hold a free screening of the documentary film by Luc Besson on the International Earth Day. Traditionally, on this date people are invited to view the “Home” film.
The film has been shot for a year and a half in more than 60 countries. It is recognized as one of the most expensive documentaries in the film history. The film shows not only the beauty of the planet, but also raises issues about what awaits the Earth in the near future. The movie recalls that the task of each of us is to preserve the environment, to try to restore the disrupted ecological balance of the planet, which is essential to the existence of life on Earth.
The planetarium representatives note that the film "Home" is not used for commercial purposes. As the world renowned wildlife photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand says, the expected profit from the film is not calculated in dollars or euros, but in number of people who will see it and think of it.
The screening will take place on March 20, beginning at 19.30. Free admission.
