Cold spell to 25 degrees below zero is expected in Bashkiria

UFA, 11 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. Bashkortostan weather forecasters predict at night 20-25 degrees below zero at clearing up in the second half of next week. In late March, it is expected a warm spell in the region.

"Starting next week, the weather pattern will change a little in the republic; it will be more cold,” told reporters the head of the Bashkir Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring Vilora Goroholskaya. “During the week, we expect a cyclonic weather pattern with mostly snow precipitation. The air temperature at night will drop to minus 11-16 degrees. In the second half of the week at clearing up the night temperatures can go down to 20-25 degrees below zero".

According to Viloria Goroholskaya, daytime air temperatures in Bashkortostan will also be negative next week - one to six degrees below zero. The average temperature at the same time will be close to the norm - 7 degrees below zero.
