Bashkir draughts players Georgiev and Idrisova won medals at World Mind Games 2016

UFA, 1 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. China hosts the World Mind Sports Games-2016. The draughts players have completed a blitz program, which included 23 games among men and 19 among women.

The top three winners among men were as follows: 1. Alexei Chizhov (Russia) - 33 points out of 46 possible; 2. Ncho Joel Attse (Côte d'Ivoire) - 31; 3. Alexander Georgiev (Russia) - 31.

The Ukrainian Darya Tkachenko won among women with 32 points. Aigul Idrisova representing Russia and Bashkortostan took the second place - 26 points. Another Ukrainian Victoria Motrichko – the third, 25 points. Bashkir leader of many years Tamara Tansykkuzhina entered the top ten - the ninth place with 21 points.
