About 19 thousand people have SARS in Bashkortostan

UFA, 1 March 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Bashkortostan, 19 thousand inhabitants with acute respiratory infection (SARS) were registered in the last week. The rate was 46.8 people per 10 thousand of population. The level of influenza and SARS was 31.8 percent below the epidemic threshold.

461 laboratory-confirmed cases of influenza A (H1N1) were registered in the republic, of which 222 were children.

1169392 people were vaccinated against influenza during epidemiological season (28.7 percent of the population), including in the framework of the national calendar - one million (100 percent of the vaccination plan), due to additional funding - 169 392 people, the press service of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan informs.
