Number of Bashinform News Agency users increased fivefold for five years

This was announced today at the board meeting of the Press and Mass Media Agency RB by the General Director of Bashinform News Agency Maxim Ulchev. He briefed the representatives of national media on the features of web environment and the current trends.

For more than 20 years the Bashinform News Agency is one of the major news providers in the republic. At the same time according to Liveinternet data 182 Internet websites work in a segment of "news and media" in the region. In such a competitive environment a number of activities were conducted to increase the website users, including website optimization for search engine queries, increase in number of published news, active promotion of news content in social networks and others.
