Integrated Tourist Information Centre is established in Ufa

UFA, 3 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. In the capital of the republic an Integrated Tourist Information Centre "Ufa" is founded by the City Hall. The Board of Directors includes representatives of the State Committee RB for Entrepreneurship and Tourism, the press service of the city administration informs.

"At the heart of the business concept of this company is combining the accumulated experience of tour operators in various sectors of the tourism industry with the capabilities of urban infrastructure and hospitality. On this basis entirely new tourism products will be created to meet the requirements of consumers. The most promising are spheres of health and recreation, sports, school-occupational, cultural, educational, family tourism. The economic principle of the centre is self-sufficiency, so it is open to mutually beneficial cooperation with all players of the tourism market", said the director general of the centre Oleg Ped’.

"The need for a tourist centre is long overdue and its activities, among other things, should be directed to representation of local tour operators at various tourist forums, exhibitions, congresses", said the deputy chairman of the State Committee RB for Entrepreneurship and Tourism Roman Shaikhutdinov.
