Construction of Republican Perinatal Centre is completing in Ufa

UFA, 3 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. The construction of the Republican Perinatal Centre in Ufa is scheduled for completion this summer. As the press service of the city administration informs, the object is ready by almost 70 percent, now finishing works are being conducted.

Total area of the Centre is 24 322,1 sq m. The new building is designed for 130 beds with four departments: pregnancy pathology; newborn and premature babies pathology; obstetrical; gynecological.

Opening of the modern perinatal centre will ensure the availability and quality of health care for mothers and children of the republic at a high level, which will contribute to both further reduce of maternal and infant mortality and improvement of the demographic situation as a whole.

The construction of the hospital has been conducted from the end of 2014 by the order of the Rostec State Corporation.
