Blizzards, snowdrifts, sleet are expected in Bashkiria

UFA, 2 February 2016. /Bashinform News Agency,Ksenia Kalinina/. According to the Bashkir Office for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, on February 2 in the region the air temperature will be +1 -4 degrees Celsius during the day. On February 3 and 4, the mercury will set at 1 to -4 degrees at day time and from -3 to -8 at night. Forecasters predict snow, moderate winds, sometimes with strong gusts.

The Main Directorate of Emergency Department in the region reports that on February 2 cloudy and snowy weather will establish in the republic. In some areas, ice-slick, blizzard, snow drifts on the roads and sleet are forecast. Wind gusts will reach 18 m/s. Visibility on the roads will be 500-1000 m.
