Bashkortostan was visited by residents of 128 countries last year

UFA, 19 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Olesya Seregina/. Last year, the citizens of 128 countries visited Bashkortostan, among them - the guests who arrived at the SCO and BRICS Summits. In 2015 about 146 thousand foreigners underwent the migration registration. Almost half of them came from countries with a visa-free mode.

38 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan, 9 thousand citizens of Tajikistan, 1.3 thousand Turkish citizens, 848 Vietnamese, 674 Chinese, 460 Czechs, 411 North Koreans, 362 Indians, 273 Americans, 248 Italians arrived in Bashkiria.

The republic was visited by representatives of African countries Eritrea, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Nauru, Mauritius, Djibouti, Ghana, Gabon, Burundi, Benin, the island nation of Trinidad and Tobago, the minnow European country of Andorra.

Bashkortostan was visited by citizens of Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Bahrain, the United Kingdom, Hungary, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Philippines, Finland, France, Croatia, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia and Japan.
