Most popular parks for the New Year's holiday are defined in Bashkortostan

UFA, 15 January 2016. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Bashkortostan top-three national parks for the New Year holidays are defined. The most popular was "Iremel" Park visited by 582 people. It was followed by "Asly-Kuhl" visited by 111 tourists. Only about 40 people had a trip to "Muradymovskoe Gorge", the press service of the Ministry of Environment RB informs.

According to the deputy minister of environment RB Ildus Yakhin, over the past few years, the tourists prefer to spend the New Year holidays at Iremel Nature Park.

"This is due to the fact that the park is developing, new routes and trails are created”, said the deputy minister. “In November 2015 another ecological and cultural route based on the Bashkir folk epic "Ural-Batyr" was opened in the park. Its length is 30 km. The sightseeing trail is marked. It is equipped with tourist rest places, shelters and fire-pits".

According to the Directorate of Protected Areas of the Ministry of Environment RB, 320 visitors have already been on the new route, including 119 people - since the beginning of 2016.
