Resolution of the Federal National Cultural Autonomy of Bashkirs was adopted

UFA, 21 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. The Council of the Federal National and Cultural Autonomy of Bashkirs adopted a resolution at the founding conference.

"The Federal National Cultural Autonomy of Bashkirs (FNCA) should actively participate in the public life of the country, in strengthening international peace, revival of folk traditions, preservation and development of native language and culture of the Bashkir people, become a consolidating force for all of Bashkir public organizations", it is stated in the document.

The resolution stipulates that the FNCA shall interact with the World Kurultai of Bashkirs and other public organizations, actively promote the implementation of the Strategy of the state national policy of Russia until 2025, cooperate with the federal, regional and municipal authorities.

On December 18, in Moscow the Federal National Cultural Autonomy of Bashkirs was established. Its chairwoman has become the member of the Federation Council - Liliya Gumerova.
