Scientists from Bashkortostan were awarded the RF Government Prize in Science and Technology

UFA, 11 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. Scientists from Bashkortostan were awarded the RF Government Prize in the field of science and technology. Yesterday in Moscow the awards were handed over by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Lyudmila Ogorodova.

According to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Education, this year 126 works were applied for the awards. Developments of 25 research teams were recognized the best, five of them were submitted by young scientists.

The RF Government Prize were awarded to scientists from Bashkortostan for development and industrial implementation of innovative, energy-saving technologies of high-octane motor gasoline production with improved environmental properties. The supervisor is the doctor of technical sciences, professor, chief engineer of the Institute of Petrochemical Processing RB Gumer Telyashev. Also among the authors is the doctor of technical sciences, professor, head of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University Arslan Akhmetov, his colleague - doctor of technical sciences, professor George Sidorov and representatives of a number of Russian enterprises.

According to the deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Education, prizes were awarded to the works in almost all areas of modern science and technology.
