Ufa residents and guests are invited to the First Meat Festival

On December 8, the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan under the chairmanship of Minister Nikolai Kovalenko held a meeting on conducting the First Meat Festival "New-Year Meat Fair" in Ufa on December 26, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs.

The organizers chose the square in front of the Palace of Sports as a venue for such large-scale event. Here, producers will present a wide range of meat and meat products - delicacies, sausage, semi-finished products. Tasting meat products, barbecue areas, food service with meat menu will be organized for all comers. All the products will pass the relevant certification procedure. Particularly vigilant citizens will be able to test meat products in laboratories specially organized at the venue.

According to Nikolai Kovalenko, the concept of the event in some way is similar to the already known and popular among people Milk Festival.
