Two main New-Year city venues are decorated in Ufa

UFA, 4 December 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. The two main venues of New-Year celebrations are decorated in Ufa - the central New-Year Tree in Lenin Square and the New-Year Tree in front of the Congress Hall.

As previously reported, a 28-m fir tree from the Blagoveschensk region was installed in Lenin Square. In the coming days it will be decorated with garlands and balls of different sizes and colours. In the square, there will be a coach of Father Frost, at the entrance - two large illuminated gift boxes, and in front of the New-Year Tree - a figure of Father Frost, Snow Maiden and a symbol of the year - Fire Monkey. There will be a skating rink, and two large slides, and even a LED clock counting down the time before 2016.

A 25-m spruce brought from Nuriman region has been already installed in front of the Congress Hall. It’s decorations are started. The venue will be designed in the traditional style of the Eastern calendar. Ice slides, a maze and a structure imitating a fountain will appear there.

During the construction of ice towns the corners of elements will be rounded for the sake of security, slides will be made flatter, children's recreation areas will have low fences. A festive illumination of streets will be switched on to create a New-Year atmosphere in the city, the press service of the city administration informs.
