Main New-Year tree is installed in Ufa

It arrived in Ufa from Osipovskii forest area of Blagoveschensk region, the press service of the city administration informs. A live spruce is established in the capital of Bashkortostan for the second year. Last year, it has the height of 30 m and it was brought to please the Ufa kids also from Blagoveschensk region.

Today, the New-Year tree of Ufa is being decorated. Soon New-Year trees will appear in the central squares throughout the city.

The opening of the ice towns is scheduled for December 25-27. Total in Ufa it is planned to build 19 ice towns. According to the standards of safety slides for adults will have a height of 2.5 m, for children - 1.5 m. The emphasis in the design of the towns will be made on an exclusive illumination of ice sculptures. A symbol of the coming year according to the Eastern calendar - Fire Monkey will be reflected in the New Year compositions.
