Bashkortostan businessmen are offered rent preferences

UFA, 25 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Bashkortostan businessmen are offered preferences for rent payment. On November 25, at a session of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property Relations RB changes to the resolution of the Government RB concerning the rent order for use of state regional property were considered.

"We are talking about a separate category of tenants - small and medium-sized businesses. They are supposed to receive certain preferences, which include 40% of the monthly rent during the first year of rent, 60% for the second year, 80% for the third, the full cost of rent during the fourth year. This is only a draft so far. Following the session, we will form the recommendations of the Public Council, taking into account proposals of business representatives, which will be submitted to the Minister of Land and Property Relations RB Eugene Guriev", said the deputy chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry Kirill Volkov.

The session was attended by council members, heads of relevant ministries and departments, representatives of the business community of the region and experts.

According to Kirill Volkov, to date the total number of operating non-residential premises rental contracts concluded by the Ministry and the Property Management Committee is about 1600. Of these, 80-90% are contracts with small and medium-sized businesses.
