HC Salavat Yulaev (Ufa) won HC Lada with a large score

UFA, 20 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. HC Salavat Yulaev (Ufa) broke a series of defeats in three matches in the eighth championship of the Kontinental Hockey League. In the home game they played with HC Lada (Togliatti).

Before the match a sweater of the honoured coach of Russia Sergei Mikhalev was raised under the arches of Ufa-Arena. Mikhalev was also a coach of Tolyatti team and his wards won "gold" under his management.

This meeting, like the recent match in Togliatti, was quite hard - the score 2: 1 in favour of Ufa team remained unchanged for quite a long period of time. But in the end the home team managed to overplay the uncompromising Lada - 5: 1. As part of Salavat Yulaev Dmitry Makarov, Andreas Engvist, Sami Lepistö, Maxim Grigoriev and Sergei Soin scored the goals.

Next game Salavat Yulaev will hold against HC Ak Bars in Ufa on November 21.
