Rustem Khamitov delivered a report at a conference on human development

On November 19, the Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov spoke at the plenary session of the All-Russian research-practice conference "Development of human capital as a condition factor of Russia and its regions modernization" at the Academy of Sciences of Bashkortostan.

“I would like to thank those who came to Ufa at the conference. Its theme is very significant - development of human potential. The theme is boundless, deep, it relates to everything,” said the Head of the Region. “With regard to our republic, we treat this issue very, very reverently: we are constantly discussing it, looking for solutions. We understand that only people can be a basis for our future development. It is necessary to organize the work of the people, of the whole society in all directions.”

Rustem Khamitov noted that the theme of the conference would be considered in the upcoming Message of the Head of the Republic to the State Assembly - Kurultay of Bashkortostan.

The Forum is organized by the Institute of Social and Political and Legal Research of the Academy of Sciences RB, Bashkir Branch of the Institute of Sociology RAS and Bashkortostan branch of the Russian Society of Sociologists. The conference was attended by about 200 representatives of the leading scientific centres of Russia from Moscow, St. Petersburg, cities of the Ural-Volga region, Siberia and Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, representatives of legislative and executive authorities of Bashkortostan, civil society and the media.
