Bashkir power sector experts showed Siberian colleagues the Smart Grid operation

UFA, 19 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. Bashkir power sector experts showed their Siberian colleagues an operation principle of the Smart Grid. On November 17, Ufa was attended by representatives of LLC Siemens, JSC "Ulan-Ude Energo" and CJSC "Osnova Holding" (Omsk) to examine the principles of the electric grid complex of the city.

According to the press-centre of the Bashkir Electric Grid Company, the guests visited one of the most technologically advanced power facilities of the country - the Grid Control Centre with elements of Smart Grid of LLC "Bashkirenergo" (subsidiary of JSC "Besk"). The delegation examined the Grid Control Centre and special equipment that allows performing the full range of works with smart grids. The Siberian power sector representatives visited a pilot district of the Smart Grid project, where they could get acquainted with the work of modern electric grid equipment in distribution centres and substations.

The delegation noted the company's achievements in the implementation of smart grids in Ufa and high performance of their operation.
