Hard frosts and heavy snow are expected in Bashkortostan during the week

According to the Bashkir Agency for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, the most part of the week the weather will be determined by the powerful Siberian anticyclone in the republic with very low temperatures in its centre. "In the middle of the week, starting from Wednesday particularly hard frosts will be: -15, -17, dropping to -20 degrees Celsius in sunny periods", explained the press-secretary of the Agency Elena Orlova.

On November 18 and 19, light blizzard, in some places little snow, east moderate wind increasing to strong on the southeast are expected. Air temperature at night can drop to -25 degrees below zero, from - 5 to -12 degrees during the day.

At the end of the week with the approach of a warm front from the west of the European territory weather forecasters predict a significant increase in temperature, intense precipitation in the form of snow and blizzard.
