Bashkortostan foresters began harvesting New Year trees

UFA, 17 November 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Bashkortostan harvesting of New Year trees started. Total, it is planned to deliver 120 thousand trees to New Year markets, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic informs.

“Currently New Year trees are harvested in Duvan, Askino, Zilair, Karaidel, Nuriman, Beloretsk and Belebey regions. These are the forestry farms, which will become the main suppliers of New Year trees”, the deputy chief of the department of property management, technical development and labour protection of the Ministry of Forestry RB Albert Bukharov informs.

According to him, preparation of New Year trees will continue until December 20.
