Salavat Yulaev’s victory over Slovan from Bratislava was quite challenging

UFA, 8 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Dmitry Slezin/. In Ufa a match of the Kontinental Hockey League took place yesterday where HC Salavat Yulaev hosted Slovan (Bratislava).

The owners of the ice by the 11th minute secured a seemingly impressive advantage - 3: 0. Igor Grigorenko, Maxim Goncharov and Sami Lepistö scored the goals.

However, the Slovaks did not give up and reduced the gap to a minimum by the middle of the second period - 2: 3.

Almost one third of the final period the Ufa team played shorthanded, but managed to keep the winning score - 3: 2.

The next match Salavat Yulaev will hold against HC Medveščak (Zagreb) in Ufa on October 9.
