400 million rubles will be invested in Bashkiria investment project - Mono-Towns Development Fund

UFA, 8 October 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. 400 million rubles will be invested in the investment project of Bashkortostan. This was reported at the briefing in the Government of the Republic on October 7 by the CEO NGO "Mono-Towns Development Fund" Ilya Krivogov.
"Within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement, which we are to sign within ten days with the Head of the Republic, we together with the region will improve the application - formulate the requirements for documentation and infrastructure objects to arrange them properly for the investment project. The application in the short term will be submitted to the Fund for making decision on co-financing,” said Ilya Krivogov. “And investors and the republic are motivated to finish the work on preparing the application promptly to get the approval of co-financing, at least by the end of this year".
"The Fund has very strict requirements. Each figure should be substantiated by a specific feasibility study, project documentation. Today we discussed a construction of a gas pipeline, water treatment facilities, reconstruction of roads and railways - all engineering infrastructure, which is necessary to the full launch of the plant", said the Minister of Economic Development of the republic Sergey Novikov.
As for Belebey projects the CEO of the Fund said that an open dialogue between experts of the Fund, the MSP Bank and the team of the head of Kumertau administration was useful for the Belebey team. Representatives of the city learned the requirements of the Fund and the Federation.
Now there are 24 towns in the Fund pool, five positive decisions were made. First funds - about 800 million rubles – were transferred to the regions for infrastructure development. These are cities of Kemerovo and Sverdlovsk regions, Tatarstan, and Chuvash Republic will be the next.
As reported earlier by Bashinform News Agency the members of the working group on modernizing mono-industry towns under the Governmental Commission of the Russian Federation for Economic Development and Integration inspected the construction site of oil extraction plant in the Mayachny village near the town of Kumertau and held an on-site meeting.
