Students and city residents are invited to become blood donors in Ufa

UFA, 28 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. In Ufa students of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University and residents of the city are invited to become donors. In the framework of the Days of Donors on September 28 and 29 a mobile blood transfusion station will operate in the square in front of the eighth building of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University.

The university students and residents of the city are invited at the procedure of blood donation. The working hours of the station are from 9.00 to 13.00.

According to the World Health Organization, at least once in a lifetime every third inhabitant of the Earth needs blood. The Blood Service is a unique component of health care system, using a special national resource - blood donors, which is a basis of emergency medical assistance in various areas of clinical medicine.
