"I Want to Live, to Dream, to Create" charity event continued in Bashkortostan

UFA, 23 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. In Bashkortostan the republican charity campaign "I Want to Live, to Dream, to Create", which aims at helping children with diabetes diagnosis, continued. It is held by Diabetes Society "Phoenix" RB from May 23 to November 11. The main purpose of the campaign is to purchase insulin pumps for 20 young people of the republic.

Last weekend, at the close of Vatan Ethno-Park another fundraiser was organized during a public charity concert. Especially for the event organizers baked 200 dietary cupcakes, buying which people could contribute to helping children. The money for insulin-dependent children can be also raised through SMS messages to the number 3434, indicating the word "Diabetes".

The charity event was supported by Ufa dance groups, singers, readers, music bands with their performances. As a result of the Sunday's campaign it was managed to collect a little more than 22 thousand rubles. Unfortunately, this amount is not enough to buy even a single insulin pump, which costs 199,000 rubles.

On September 27, at the Square of "Bashkiria" Lifestyle Centre the campaign will continue. It will host the second stage of the Inter-regional cultural and sports festival "Dream, Live, Create". The festival guests will see a charity concert with participation of well-known dance and music groups. Beginning is at 13.00.
