Ufa Planetarium will open "Cosmos" at the All-Russian Science Festival

UFA, 22 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Ufa Planetarium for the third time will take part in All-Russian Science Festival. On September 26 the planetarium will be one of the venues of the festival - "Cosmos". In Ufa, the festival will cover more than 15 venues, most important of which will be the Academy of Sciences RB and the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan". The leading universities of Bashkortostan, museums, Ufa Science Centre RAS, other research, education and outreach organizations will participate in the festival.

The festival will feature innovative achievements of universities and other research organizations. More than 40 leading Russian and foreign scientists, known popularizers of science will deliver their lectures. The inhabitants of the republic and guests can visit the 20 existing expositions, each of which will be devoted to various scientific fields, see scientific experiments, participate in master classes, see interactive exhibition stands, presentation of entertaining science theatre, science-fiction movies.

Free entrance to the Planetarium Star hall for the residents of the republic will be opened on September 26. According to the organizers, this day residents and guests will find a wide range of exciting programs. The All-Russian Science Festival will be held in Ufa for the third time. This year the capital of Bashkortostan will be the regional venue of the festival in the Volga Federal District. At the same time events of the Festival of Science will take place in more than 70 cities.
