Thousands of cyclists will ride along the streets of night Ufa

UFA, 11 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. More than three thousand Ufa residents plan to take part in a large-scale bike ride, which will take place on the night of September 12 to 13. Gathering of «1000 Cyclists’ Night» participants is scheduled at 22 o'clock near the City Hall. At midnight, the convoy will ride along the October Avenue, the Lenin, Pushkin, Gafuri Streets up to the television station, and from there - along Tsyurupy and Komsomolskaya streets to Sipaylovo district. The 24-kilometre route to be completed in Kashkadan Park after 3 o’clock in the morning.

As it was earlier reported by Bashinform News Agency, the «1000 Cyclists’ Night» was to be held from August 29 to 30, but the bike ride was canceled due to a bad weather.

The event organizers recommend participants to stock up on warm clothes, raincoats, and parking lights for bicycles.

The annual mass bike ride «1000 Cyclists’ Day» in May this year brought together more than seven thousand people.
