Bashkortostan is preparing to celebrate the 25th Republic Day

UFA, 10 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arina Rakhimkulova/. In Bashkortostan the Day of Republic will be celebrated this year for the 25th time.

The Minister of Culture RB Amina Shafikova said that in all municipalities of the republic celebrations would be planned. Different creative festivals will be summed up and themed flash mobs will be held. The museums of the republic will organize open days; everyone will be able to see exhibits for free. The libraries will conduct lectures and poetry evenings. In these days the awarding ceremony of the State Republican Youth Prize named after Shaikhzada Babich in the field of literature, art and architecture is planned.

"The festive concert will be held in the Concert Hall "Bashkortostan". Participation will be taken by leading companies of the republic – the Faizi Gaskarov’s Folk Dance Ensemble, the National Symphony Orchestra, National Orchestra of Folk Instruments. We try to take into account not only the anniversary date of sovereignty, but also the Great Victory anniversary. Such events as Summits, the Year of Literature will be also reflected", said Amina Shafikova.

According to the deputy chief of police for public order maintenance RB Artur Saifullin, about 40 thousand inhabitants of Bashkortostan may participate in the celebrations. Tentatively it is scheduled to involve more than 1,000 law enforcement officers of the region and about 800 people of reserve in places of dislocation.
