Construction of a multipurpose cultural centre began in Birsk

UFA, 7 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Iliya Spiridonov/. A construction of the building of multifunctional cultural centre was begun in Birsk. The construction and installation works at the site will be completed by the end of 2016. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov visited the construction site of the future centre during his working trip on Saturday.

The targeted funding from the federal budget in the amount of 50 million rubles was received for the establishment of the centre under terms of co-financing from the republican budget of not less than 50 percent. According to the Birsk district administration Nicholay Horoshilov, the building will house a 3D-modeling and robotics studio, cyber sports stadium, the school of animation, virtual museum and art cafe. The audience hall of the cultural centre is designed for 350 seats.
