Buildings with "green" elements will be built in Bashkiria reserves

UFA, 7 September 2015. /Bashinform News Agency,Gulfiya Akulova/. In Bashkortostan buildings with "green" elements will be built in protected areas. Construction of them is started in Burzyan region of the republic. The energy-efficient two-storey house for information and service centre is being built in the territory of the museum and touring complex of the "Shulgan-Tash" State Reserve.

According to the Ministry of Ecology RB the erected object is designed in accordance with the requirements of the "green standards" voluntary certification system. More than 20 modern solutions will be used in the building: energy saving materials, energy efficient engineering systems, heat pumps, solar panels, LED lighting, regeneration system, "warm floor skirting".

The first experience of "green" elements in construction was introduced in the "Iremel" and "Muradymovskoe Gorge" natural parks where the solar panels were installed.

"The construction of the "green" building in the territory of the reserve, is the next step in the development of the biosphere reserve "Bashkir Ural" included in the UNESCO list", said the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the region Ildar Hadyev.
