Daniil Kvyat finished a footstep away from podium at the Grand Prix of Belgium

UFA, 24 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Viktoria Gavrilova/. Immediately after the start Daniil Kvyat already appeared in the top ten, and just a couple of laps was ahead of Marcus Ericsson and then Felipe Massa.

After 15 laps, when the pilots made pit stops, he was the seventh, following Sebastien Vettel.

For a couple of laps before finish, Daniil managed to compete with Felipe Massa, reached the fifth place ahead of Sergio Perez, and after the withdrawal of Sebastien Vettel took the fourth place.

Having finished the fourth, Kvyat at once added a dozen points on his count. He is now ranked seventh in the standings with 57 points.

The next stage of the royal races starts at Monza on September 4, and little time remains before the second in the history of the Grand Prix of Russia, which will be held at the Sochi circuit on October 9-11.

However, Formula 1 race cars can be seen not only in the Olympic Park in Adler, but much closer to Ufa - on the streets of Kazan during the Kazan City Racing on August 30. Daniil Kvyat’s participation is already announced by the organizers.
