Even more milk will be available at "Dairy Country" festival in Ufa

UFA, 20 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Arthur Basyrov/. Even more milk will be available at "Dairy Country" festival in Ufa this year. It was reported by the Chairman of the Dairy Union of Bashkortostan Ildar Faizullin at a press conference in Bashinform News Agency.

"This year, there is unusually high demand among the producers who wish to participate in the Dairy Festival. 26 companies submitted their applications; five more are in the waiting list. We are now considering their applications as the place on the square is limited. A whole range of dairy products, which is produced in the republic, will be presented there. It will be possible to taste and buy cheese, cottage cheese, fat products and ice cream. We also plan to display a mare's milk and goat's milk", said Ildar Faizullin.

The Annual Dairy Festival this year will be held in Salavat Yulaev Square on August 29. The territory of the festival will be divided into separate areas, among them the milk registrar office, dairy cafes, bars, barbecue, souvenir shops.
