Bashkortostan volunteer and environmental projects can receive grants of the President RF

UFA, 17 August 2015. /Bashinform News Agency/. Bashkortostan volunteer and environmental projects can receive grants of the President of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RB with reference to the portal of grants announced that the reception of documents for participation in the second contest for the presidential grants allocation to non-governmental organizations is opened. The total amount of grants will be 1 billion rubles.

According to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, grants can be allocated to projects in the following areas: protection of social and economic rights of workers, friendship strengthening between the peoples of the Russian Federation, support of volunteerism and volunteer activities, environmental protection and formation of ecological culture, institution of family and family values strengthening.

Applications will be accepted until September 17 this year.

Recall that at the first contest 4380 applications were filed, where 621 organizations became winners, including eight non-governmental organizations of Bashkortostan, which received grants totaling 8 million rubles.
