Rustem Khamitov has expressed his condolences to the relatives of Bashkortostan soldiers killed in Omsk

The Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov has expressed his condolences to the parents of Bashkortostan soldiers killed in Omsk in the collapse of military barracks - Rustam Shaikhullin from Salavat region, Rustam Yumagulov from Sibay, Ranis Altynbaev from Salavat region, Fidan Mamliev from the village of Novaya Murtaza of Chekmagush region, Vadim Nafikov from Beloretsk.

The barracks in Omsk collapsed when the soldiers were sleeping. The collapse of a part of the wall and the roof of the four-storey building of the airborne training centre occurred on July 13 about 1 o’clock in the morning, when more than 300 soldiers were in the barracks.

At the moment, the rescue operation on finding soldiers trapped under the rubble of the collapsed building in Omsk is finished. 42 men were found, among them 23 dead and 19 injured.
