President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Ufa

UFA, 9 July 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Alim Faizov/. On July 9, the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Bashkortostan. At the Ufa airport he was met by Head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov.

In the capital of Bashkortostan, Nursultan Nazarbayev will take part in the meeting of Heads of States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Also, the President of Kazakhstan is invited at the meeting of Heads of States and Governments of the BRICS countries, the press service of the Head of Bashkortostan informs.

The Republic of Kazakhstan ranks eighth in the republican turnover with the CIS countries with a relative share of 3.1%.The foreign trade turnover of Bashkortostan with Kazakhstan amounted to $ 32.9 million in 2014, with 94% of this amount ($ 30.9 million) accounted for export delivery.

There are 30 joint ventures with Kazakh capital employed in the trade, including of mineral products and various equipment in the territory of our republic. An agreement on cooperation in trade-economic, scientific-technical and humanitarian spheres with the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan was signed.
