Ufa Airport will offer more than 50 kinds of national cuisine menus for the catering

The Ufa Airport in the days of the SCO and BRICS Summits will improve and expand the organization of catering services of aircrafts to provide on-board meals of government delegations and accompanying guests, the press service of the Ufa aviation hub informs.

Currently it is received about 20 requests from foreign airlines. The on-board catering service of Ufa airport has developed more than 50 kinds of menus taking into account the cuisine of countries - participants of the forums, the preferences and wishes of guests.

“We will provide all kinds of catering, prepared in accordance with the highest standards”, the deputy general director of the Ufa Airport Oleg Mednikov said. “During the Summits we will engage not only Ufa companies, but federal aviation catering operators with experience in servicing large-scale public events of global significance such as the APEC Summit in Vladivostok and Sochi Olympics.”
