Nutrition experts will tell about proper nutrition and new trends in fitness in Ufa

UFA, 15 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. In Ufa nutritionists will tell about proper nutrition and new trends in fitness. Open fitness convention will be held in the capital on Saturday, June 20. The program includes master classes by the leading coaches in various areas of fitness: aerobics, pilates and dance styles. Fitness trainings will be held from 10.00 to 18.00.

In addition, there is a professional nutritionists will give lectures on nutrition.

The program will be of interest to both professionals and those who just loves to do fitness. It is not necessarily be a member of any fitness club to visit the convention.

"We have something to share and something to show. Participants will be able to try on themselves innovative master classes with use of heart rate monitors that control heart rate in real time, and make their workouts more effective. These master classes are conducted for the first time in Bashkortostan" one of the organizers of the upcoming event Vera Emelyanova said.
