Canoeist Ilya Pervukhin again won medals for Bashkiria

Russian Olympic medalists Alexey Korovashkov and Ilya Pervukhin won the silver medal in the canoe-double in the distance of 1000 m. Ilya Pervukhin competes for Bashkortostan and the Tver region.

Belarusians Andrey and Alexander Bogdanovich won the gold. The bronze Award went to the German duo Peter Kretschmer, Michael Mueller.
