Ufa entered the top-20 of the most inexpensive cities for travelling

UFA, 9 June 2015. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/. Ufa entered the top 20 of the most low-cost Russian cities for travelling. The web portal Travel.ru made a rating of Russian cities for inexpensive trips at the weekend on June 12 - the Day of Russia.

The rating included 25 Russian cities, the most popular for trips on weekends and holidays. In each city a budget was counted per two travellers, which included the cost of one day staying at the hotel from June 12 to 13 within 5 km from the downtown of the city (according to the booking website Oktogo.ru), dinner with wine for two at the restaurant, visit of a famous museum for two people.

Ufa is on the 16th place in the rating for low-cost travel on the Day of Russia with the budget of 2840 rubles. "It's a clean, comfortable, prosperous city with modern railway and aviation hubs, glass skyscrapers on the bank of the river Belaya, beautiful green parks, ancient Muslim and Orthodox churches", it is said in reviews for travellers. It is recommended to visit the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Sevastopol takes the first place in the rating. The budget of the trip there will be 2025 rubles, considering a visit to the Maritime Museum-Aquarium.

The most inexpensive Russian cities where the holiday weekend on June 12 will constitute from 2 thousand to 2.7 thousand rubles, include also Samara (2060 rubles), Rostov-on-Don (2130), Kaliningrad (2160), Kazan ( 2400), Saratov (2430), Ekaterinburg (2440), Voronezh (2460), Irkutsk (2560), Veliky Novgorod (2640), Vologda (2640).

St. Petersburg (4510 rubles), Moscow (4200 rubles) and Kostroma (3800 rubles) are the most expensive to travel on holiday weekends in June.
