More than 710,000 people will be covered by preventive medical examination in Bashkiria in 2015

In Bashkiria more than 710,000 people will be covered by preventive medical examination in 2015. 93 medical institutions are selected in the republic for these purposes. Also this year 32 visiting health teams are organized for the examinations, 13 mobile medical complexes are involved.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health RB, currently 320 406 people passed the first stage of medical examination (37.8%), of which 8532 – are disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War. As a result of examinations, 26% of the population are related to the first group of health, 38% to the second group, 36% - to the third group.

Cardiovascular diseases are revealed in 30% of surveyed, diseases of the endocrine system - in 31%, diseases of the genitourinary system - in 10%.

Among socially significant diseases 66 cases of malignant tumours, three cases of tuberculosis, 586 cases of diabetes, 1927cases of coronary heart diseases are identified.

The preventive medical examination should be passed by adult population (aged 18 years and older), including employed and unemployed citizens, as well as those enrolled in educational institutions as full-time students.
